All products purchased from the royalpack.it website are shipped via tracked express courier.

There are different rules for shipping products in Italy and abroad. There are foreign countries to which we do not ship.

 

Shipping to Italy

Shipping of products to Italy is included in the price for orders over Euro 49.00.

If the order has a total of less than Euro 49.00, the shipping cost is Euro 6.99

To allow shipping calculation, you must enter your postcode.

All areas that are considered disadvantaged for the main couriers are excluded from this promotion. In areas considered disadvantaged, transport is subject to payment.

ATTENTION: the automatic calculation system is designed to facilitate the conclusion of orders. Despite this, postal codes may change and the system may not be able to automatically recognize a disadvantaged area. Therefore, Royal Pack reserves the right to modify the order and possibly not accept it if it should be excessively expensive to ship to the indicated address, even if the system has calculated a different or lower shipping cost than that communicated by Royal Pack.

Shipments abroad are priced based on the areas identified by the DHL courier. These areas may vary without notice. Also in this case Royal Pack reserves the right to request an integration to the rates proposed by our site.

This is because not all foreign countries have the same rates for all the zones they are made up of. For example, “mainland” Spain is priced as reported on our website, but the Balearic Islands are an exception. Obviously, our website cannot take into account all the rates for all the zones of each destination country. Therefore, each evaluation is made, in detail, at a later time.
