Royal Pack Eco7 universal embossed vacuum rolls, thickness 90 micron meter on the embossed side. They are offered in packs of two pieces.

THE Royal Pack Eco7 vacuum rolls They are available in two different formats:

• 20×600 cm
• 30×600 cm

In addition, these rolls for vacuum food preservation are universal and can be used with all commercial vacuum machines. The thickness of 90 microns on both sides makes them more economical. In addition, the 7-layer composition, with an intermediate layer in EVOH, guarantees a high barrier effect.

Description

The Royal Pack Eco7 vacuum rolls are made up of multiple layers of polyethylene and polyamide obtained by choosing the best polymers available. In addition, to ensure a level of preservation similar to rolls made with thicker film (see Top Quality Rolls 105 micron meter), one of the 7 layers is in EVOH. EVOH is a material that guarantees extremely high gas protection properties.

Furthermore, these products have been certified for cooking, even though they are made with a traditional film.

These rolls are embossed on one of the inner sides. The embossing It is a particular heat treatment on one of the layers of polyethylene. It allows to obtain a diamond pattern on one side of the bag without altering the properties of the initial material.

In fact, Royal Pack Eco7 embossed vacuum bags and rolls are ideal for use on external suction machines. These vacuum machines, in fact, are not able to perform a correct vacuum extraction using smooth bags.

Given the thickness of 90 micron meter, the mechanical properties of the film are good. With some low-powered and/or very sensitive machines, suction and sealing may require a little more time, stretching the edges of the bag and lower lifting, or more sealing attempts (due to the 7 layers).
