The Royal Pack Eco7 vacuum bags are made up of multiple layers of polyethylene and polyamide obtained by choosing the best polymers available. In addition, to ensure a level of conservation similar to the higher quality bags in the line Royal Pack Top Quality 105 micron meter, one of the 7 layers is in EVOH. EVOH is a material that guarantees very high gas protection properties.

Furthermore, these products have been certified for cooking, even though they are made with a traditional film.

Royal Pack Eco7 vacuum bags are embossed on one of the internal sides. embossing It is a particular heat treatment on one of the layers of polyethylene. It allows to obtain a diamond pattern on one side of the bag without altering the properties of the initial material.

In fact, Royal Pack Eco7 embossed vacuum bags and rolls are ideal for use on external suction machines. These vacuum machines, in fact, are not able to perform a correct vacuum extraction using smooth bags.

Given the thickness of 90 micron meter, the mechanical properties of the film are good. With some low-powered and/or very sensitive machines, suction and sealing may require a little more time, stretching the edges of the bag and lower lifting, or more sealing attempts (due to the 7 layers).
